I was just informed today of Global Game Jam, an international event that brings together game developers around the world and asks them to create a video game in 48 hours. There are apparently 131 locations in 37 countries around the world and one of those locations is Antwerp, Belgium. So, I've decided to check it out and see what kind of ideas, people and hands-on work I encounter! The website is www.globalgamejam.be and the GGJ takes place from 28-30 January 2011.
